Does Your Realtor Use Professional Photography to Market Your Home?

This is a question that needs to be asked but oddly enough, most times it is never even  brought up in a listing presentation!  I drive this point home to my sellers.  According to the National Association of Realtors statistical analysis shows that as of 2014, buyers use the internet 92% of the time in their search for a home and 50% use a mobile application or website in their home search.  What does this all mean?  It means that with the evolution of technology both on the internet and on our mobile devices, clear, HD quality photos have come to be expected of home buyers of all ages.

If you are looking at a home with a point and shoot camera, chances are the photo will be dark, grainy, and not capture the full essence of the room.  But professional photographers can not only take advantage of wide-angle lenses to capture a wider space in the frame, but have highly advanced color editing techniques available to make that HD picture even more pronounced!
